Rooms at the following hotels are reserved for the participants from Sep 8 through 12. Reservation will be made on a first-come, first-reserved basis. Nara Washington Hotel Plaza, Hotel Nikko Nara, and Hotel Fujita Nara are about five minutes walk from JR Nara Station. To Hotel Sun-Route Nara, it takes about 5 minutes walk from Kintetsu Nara Station.

The deadline for the Hotel Reservation is July 15, 2008 August 15, 2008.

How to make a reservation

1. Download the "Hotel Reservation Fax Form":  Microsoft Word format or PDF format.

2. Fill out the form and fax it to +81-742-22-8946 (Kinki Nippon Tourist, Nara Branch) by July 15, 2008 August 15, 2008.
